Johnson v. Wyoming
Plaintiffs claim that the 2023 ban, and the medication abortion ban, violate the state constitution’s fundamental right to be left alone by the government as guaranteed by rights against government establishment of religion and rights to equality, due process, uniform operation of the laws, family composition, privacy and bodily integrity, and access to health care (Art. 1 §§ 2, 3, 6, 7, 18, 19, 33, 34, 36, 38; Art. 7 § 12; Art. 21 § 25). They also claim that the bans are unconstitutionally vague. A trial court temporarily blocked both bans.
