Sarah Kessler is an attorney and a contributing writer. She previously practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for over a decade, first as a litigator and then as the firm’s Associate General Counsel. After law school at Harvard, she also worked as Visiting Counsel at the National Association of Attorneys General and clerked for a federal district judge in the Southern District of New York.
