As an editorial consultant, she has worked with Reuters on developing a daily legal newsletter; The Markup; New York Law School; Bridgetower Media legal and business publications; and Givat Haviva, an Israeli shared society organization, among others.

Sarah Kessler

Sarah Kessler is an attorney and a contributing writer. She previously practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for over a decade, first as a litigator and then as the firm’s Associate General Counsel. After law school at Harvard University, she also worked as Visiting Counsel at the National Association of Attorneys General and clerked for a federal district judge in the Southern District of New York.
