Held that the right to equal protection under the Massachusetts Declaration of Rights did not require retroactive application of the Supreme Judicial Court’s opinion in Commonwealth v. Brown, 477 Mass. 805, 81 N.E.3d 1173, which abolished felony murder rule as independent theory of liability for murder in first- and second-degree and established that proof of actual malice would be required for a felony-murder conviction; and otherwise affirming defendant’s conviction for first-degree felony murder
