Ruled that (i) employee status for purposes of constitutional minimum wage amendment is determined only by totality of circumstances test that considers whether, as a matter of economic reality, workers depend on business to which they render services for opportunity to work, not by worker status under any contract or statute; and (ii) amendment provision entitling aggrieved employees to all available remedies only applies to claims under the amendment, and does not entitle plaintiffs to seek penalties available under statute if they do not meet that statute’s status requirement
