PFLAG v. Abbott

Plaintiffs claim that Governor’s directive to agency to investigate reports of gender-dysphoria treatment as alleged “child abuse,” and agency’s implementation, violated separation of powers, due process for vagueness, parents’ substantive due process, and equal protection under the state constitution. A trial court granted plaintiffs’ application for temporary injunction. An interlocutory appeal is pending before an intermediate court.
