Ruled that before the right to appeal is abrogated, defendant must receive notice it may be waived if their absence prevents sentencing from occurring within ninety days after conviction; the waiver must be knowing, intelligent, and voluntary; and defendant must be provided an opportunity at sentencing to prove that the absence was involuntary.
