Ruled that the court did not abuse its discretion by allowing a juror to remain on the jury after he inadvertently saw a video about the trial on social media because defendant waived the claim by not objecting before the return of the verdict. Ruled that defendant’s right to a speedy trial was not violated because the delay in bringing him to trial was not unreasonable
