Ruled that under the Oklahoma Governmental Tort Claims Act (GTCA), the county emergency medical services (EMS) district was immune from liability in a negligence action brought by a toll worker who had received worker’s compensation. The EMS district, vis-a-vis the board of trustees, was subject to immunity to the same extent as municipalities and counties within the state.
