State Court Report welcomes contributed articles from judges, academics, journalists, public policy experts and practitioners with state court experience and knowledge of state constitutions, laws, and procedures. We also welcome tips, such as cases that raise state constitutional issues making their way through the state courts, or recent state supreme court decisions.
