Failla LGBTQ Commission and the Brennan Center at a conference exploring the post-election landscape for LGBTQ rights in the United States, featuring leading scholars and advocates. Panels will preview United States v. Skrmetti, in which the Supreme Court is considering a constitutional challenge to Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for minors, as well as examine the role of state courts and constitutions as potential sources of LGBTQ rights.
