The Montana Supreme Court affirmed an obstruction conviction for a defendant arrested for failing to comply with police’s orders to move away from a traffic stop he was filming on his phone. The court found the defendant’s as-applied speech challenges to his conviction not preserved for appeal and not subject to review as plain error.
