Texas v. Loe
The Texas Supreme Court refused to block a ban on certain medical treatments for transgender minors, saying the state legislature had a rational basis for passing the law and that it does not improperly infringe on the rights of parents to make medical decisions for the children or on physicians’ abilities to treat patients. The court also said the law does not constitute sex discrimination and declined to treat transgender people as a protected class.
Planned Parenthood of the Heartland, Inc, et al. v. Kim Reynolds, et al.
The Iowa Supreme Court held that abortion is not a fundamental right under the state constitution and is only subject to rational basis review. The court reversed a lower court injunction halting the state's "fetal heartbeat" law.
Drummond v. Statewide Virtual Charter Schoolboard
Ruled that the state education board’s approval of a Catholic school's application to be a public charter school violated the Oklahoma Constitution, the federal Establishment Clause, and the Oklahoma Charter Schools Act

Baddourah v. McMaster
Ruled that governor could suspend city councilman following domestic violence charges because the legislator exception to the suspension power refers to state legislators and the indictment charged a crime of moral turpitude
Woods v. Seattle's Union Gospel Mission
Ruled that employment discrimination statute exempting religious nonprofits from the definition of "employer" does not violate clause prohibiting the unequal granting of privileges and immunities
City of Albuquerque v. SMP Properties, LLC
Ruled that whether a constitutional taking based on damage to a property occurred depends on the specific circumstances and requires a fact-finder to resolve disputed questions of fact

Ruled that state's strict liability drug possession statute violates state's more extensive due process protections

Ruled that federal test for employer-employee relationship also governs employee definition under state minimum wage amendment, and independent contractor statute does not remove the amendment's protections
Emerson v. Hillsborough County
Ruled that county charter amendment directing allocation of tax proceeds conflicts with state law and invalidated the tax as voters would not have approved the tax without the accompanying distribution scheme
