Mothering Justice et al. v. Attorney General et al.
Intermediate court held that Legislature’s enactment into law of citizen-initiated minimum wage and sick leave petitions and then subsequent amendment of those laws in the same legislative session did not violate state constitutional rights of initiative and referendum. An appeal is pending before the Michigan Supreme Court.
